Southern Gutters FL cleans and maintains gutters throughout Lauderhill, roughly 12 minutes and 5 miles south of our North Lauderdale shop. Lauderhill mixes 1960s and 70s condo buildings around Inverrary with older single-family streets, and the condo side shapes the work. Boards need crews that can clean long, shared rooflines without trampling landscaped courtyards, dripping muck on walkways or tying up residents' parking for a full day.

Condo board scheduling around Inverrary courtyards and walkways

Association jobs begin with a walk-through alongside the property manager or a board member. We map each building, note courtyard plantings beneath the gutters, find where residents walk and park, and agree on which buildings get done on which days. The written quote lists scope building by building so the board can approve it in one meeting.

Covering plantings and footing ladders on mats keeps a condo courtyard looking the same after a gutter cleaning.

On the day, drop cloths cover shrubs and pavers under each run, ladders stand on mats instead of mulch beds, and debris goes straight into bags rather than over the edge. The schedule goes to the manager ahead of time so residents know when to move cars. Before leaving a building we rinse the walkways and confirm every downspout drains.

Herbert Sadkin's Lauderhill: 1960s–70s condos, Inverrary fairways and CBS homes

Builder Herbert Sadkin founded Lauderhill in 1959; he meant to call it Sunnydale until his friend William Safire talked him out of it. The Inverrary Country Club opened in 1970, and its East course hosted the Jackie Gleason Inverrary Classic on the PGA Tour starting in 1972. Gleason made Inverrary his home, and condo buildings rose around the fairways through that decade.

Those buildings are the heart of local gutter work, because so many Lauderhill homes sit inside condo and villa associations on a set maintenance cycle, and the short hop from our shop makes them easy to fit into any week. Most are low- and mid-rise with flat or low-slope roofs, long continuous gutters over walkways and entries, and downspouts emptying into planting beds. After fifty years, sectional joints leak, hangers loosen, and outlets that discharge into mulch have washed the soil out from around them.

Fifty-year-old condo gutters often leak at old sectional joints and wash out the beds where downspouts empty.

The single-family neighborhoods off SR 7 and Oakland Park Boulevard are mostly 1960s and 1970s CBS homes with shingle or flat tile roofs. Black olives, ficus hedges and the palms in common areas keep those gutters loaded through every rainy season. Around the Inverrary fairways and lakes, afternoon wind also lifts leaves and grass clippings onto low-slope roofs, where they drift into the gutter instead of sliding off.

Inverrary, Oakland Park Boulevard and Central Broward Park: Lauderhill coverage

Our crews cover the condo and villa communities along Inverrary Boulevard and around the golf course, the single-family streets between SR 7 and University Drive, and the neighborhoods near Central Broward Park, whose stadium was the first in the United States certified for One Day International cricket. Commercial work takes us to the plazas lining SR 7 and Oakland Park Boulevard.

Black olive leaves are small and dense, and they fill single-family gutters quickly through the rainy season.

Lauderhill counted about 74,500 residents in the 2020 Census. For managers who oversee several associations between SR 7 and University Drive, we can group buildings into a single route so the whole portfolio gets cleaned on a predictable cycle instead of one call at a time.

Our Lauderhill calendar mixes recurring cleanings for associations along Inverrary Boulevard, seam and end-cap repairs on the CBS streets off SR 7, seamless replacements over condo walkways and entries, and new extensions or splash blocks where downspout outlets have washed the soil out of planting beds.

From our North Lauderdale shop, crews take SR 7 (US 441) south past Commercial Blvd to Oakland Park Blvd, then head west toward Inverrary Blvd and the condo communities.

Lauderhill gutter questions we hear most

Do you clean gutters for Lauderhill condo associations near Inverrary?

Yes. Associations around Inverrary are a natural fit, since the city is about 12 minutes from our shop. We walk the property with the manager, scope the work building by building, provide a certificate of insurance, and set the schedule so residents know in advance when the crew will be at their building.

How do you protect landscaping and courtyards during condo gutter cleanings?

Many Inverrary-area courtyards put planting beds right under the downspouts, so drop cloths go over shrubs and pavers below each run, ladders stand on mats rather than mulch or turf, and debris is bagged at the gutter instead of thrown down. Crews stay out of planting beds and rinse walkways and courtyards before moving on. If an irrigation head or specimen plant is in the way, we flag it with the manager first.

Can you repair leaking gutter seams on older Lauderhill homes?

Usually, yes. On the 1960s–70s CBS streets off SR 7, a leaking sectional seam or corner is often fixed by cleaning the joint, re-fastening it and resealing it, or by swapping a damaged section or end cap. If many seams are failing and the metal is thin or bent, seamless replacement is the better long-term value. Our leaking gutter repair page has more detail.

Do you offer maintenance plans for Lauderhill property managers?

Yes. Managers can set recurring cleanings for one association or several along Inverrary Boulevard and beyond, timed around the rainy season and leaf drop, with each building's scope on a written quote. After every visit we follow up with notes on hangers, downspouts or fascia that need attention, so issues reach the board before they turn into leaks.
